The Mathematics, Civics and Sciences Education Center of Philadelphia, Inc. (MCSEC)  provides free, high‑quality tutoring for low‑income, Title I students attending Philadelphia Public and Public Charter Schools. Pennsylvania State Certified teachers teach all subjects, and every student receives individualized academic support designed to strengthen foundational skills and improve classroom performance. MCSEC removes barriers by providing materials, meals, and transportation at no cost, ensuring students have a safe, supportive environment to learn and grow.
• One‑on‑one tutoring for grades 1–12 in all subjects.
